Please fill in as many fields as possible since this will make it easier for us to process your booking. As we are so close to the international dateline and 22/23 hours behind New Zealand, there is always a lot of confusion regarding the actual arrival date of flights and we often have to check back with our guests before we can confirm their bookings. If you are not sure about the actual arrival date, please check your itinerary. Please note that all flights except Pacific Blue are operated by Air New Zealand, even if your flight number indicates otherwise. In such case, please supply your full flight number (i.e. UA 4577) and departure city, date and time. For Pacific Blue flights, please precede your flight number with DJ. If you have booked ahead, we WILL pick you up at the airport free of charge. Please note our cancellation policy: We do require credit card details to secure and confirm a booking and that can be faxed on (00682) 22619. Nothing will be deducted from the credit card however if you don't show up or cancel your booking under 3 weeks, then 2 nights shall automatically be deducted if you have booked for less than one week. If you have booked for over one week and up to two weeks then 5 nights shall be deducted from your credit card. If however you have reserved a room for up to 3 weeks and more, then half of your reserved nights are deducted from the credit card. When faxing credit card details then you must add your full name, credit card number and expiry date, as well as your dates of request and the type of accommodation requested. Clearly write your email address so we can get back to you with a confirmation.

NOTE: We should take NO LONGER than 3 days to answer your booking request. If you are arriving within the same week of your request then insert URGENT on the subject of the email.
