PAYMENT TERMS: Payment can be made by
Visa, MasterCard or by Travelers cheques which
are in New Zealand Dollars or cash in NZ$.
There is a 4% surcharge fee for all credit card payments. There are two ATM machines within 5 min walk from Vara’s if you prefer to get cash out.
All payments are due
on arrival and are non-refundable. |

BOOKINGS: It is advisable
to book
at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance to secure a spot at the location
you prefer.
We require your valid credit card number to secure
bookings but will not charge it until you arrive, however we do
require 2 weeks notice of cancellation otherwise half of your nights
booked will automatically be deducted from the credit card.
Please,
do let us know if you change your plans as we might have to charge
2 nights accommodation if you do not show up and cannot give your
bed to someone else.
We meet all bookings at the airport and provide transfers for only $10pp (on Air NZ or Pacific Blue flights only). See Bookings
